They came quickly and well packaged. Also, they are very easy to use. I had old frames that required me to slightly trim or fold the edge of certificates to get them to fit in the frames. These frames fit the 8x11 certificates without any issue like that. Also, they look great and seem well made for the price. They saved me some $ and effort of running around to find something that would work and be in my price range.One caution. If you are trying to hang several frames on a wall lined up together, before hanging, you should check the back hanging hooks to be sure they are centered the same on each frame. On one frame out of 8, the back hanging hook was slightly off center in landscape mode (see photo). I thought I might need to return it, but I ended up using it swapping frames around, and used this one in portrait mode.
