Review: Perfect. Exceeded expectations - Times are tough and we can only afford a one bedroom apartment. I need that one bedroom for a nursery and so me and hubby decided on bunk beds to save space. I know most would find adults sleeping in bunk beds and separate beds as well as in the living room and dining room, and within a relationship weird but it works for us. I got a separate bunk bed for the dining room that has a dining set under it for me, this one is his. first off we bought this in just hopes that it was going to hold him without breaking. I’m not saying I recommend people do this but he weighs 50 pounds over the exceeded weight limit and it holds him fine, bars don’t even bend. Picture is of him sleeping in it for reference. It is plenty safe for your kids. The ladder is painful but we added pool noodles just like everyone else said to do and turned out great. You do need two pool noodles. It does shake but I feel that’s to be expected. It’s not horrible like some people were claiming. I would use double sided tape on some items you place on the shelves so they stay in place. Did take a bit to put together and a few times had to take apart and do again on a few of the poles. All the holes in the poles do get a bit confusing but other than that went together just fine. As adults using bunk beds. We do have to watch our heads, can’t fully sit up due to how high it is but allows more space underneath. There isn’t a cut out for the ladder in the railing but hasn’t been an issue but I could see where it would be for kids to have to climb over it. I had seen some people claiming the ladder is not where it is in the picture and idk where they’re getting that from. The ladder and bunk bed is just like the pictures, I’m thinking they put it together wrong. Also some people were saying the metal is paper thin and bends. We didn’t have that issue at all. If it was paper thin metal it wouldn’t hold even over it’s recommended weight limit. Over all was worth the money and time to put together. Huge space saver and exactly what we were looking for.
Review: Great bed for a Tween and perfect for Distance or Online learning in small room - My son is 11 and loves to game. This bed was perfect for his small room to add a computer without taking up more space. The shelves are incredibly sturdy, though you have to hold the bars tight and have them perfectly flat or the board won't line up. If everything is assembled exactly how it is written, this bed assembles perfectly with no hangups. I had no spare bolts or peices but the labeled spare ones offered in the package. I am a 5'4 woman and was able to assemble it on my own. At first there was some squeaking, but once you tighten the bolts down appropriately, there is no sound and everything is set solid. Overall, this is an excellent purchase and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to make space for 1 or more kids in a room while allowing them space to use their computer and have a small chair behind them for reading. It's really roomy under the bunk! The items on the shelf can move a bit. I recommend bookends so nothing falls from getting up and down the ladder. One thing that would make this bed better is if the ladder had flat steps for a more comfortable climb. Otherwise, the bed more than met our needs. A big thing to be aware of is that the box weighs a ton and is super hard to move. I had to straddle it like a horse and with all my strength push it back a few inches at a time and almost died. *pretty sure I did and then came back to life* If the manufacturer could find a way to put the contents in two packages or be able to move 1-3 boxes joined together when shipped but can be moved separately, that would really be helpful. Otherwise you need a strong person much bigger than me to move it at all. GREAT PRODUCT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the height in ft?**
A: From the floor to the bottom of the mattress is 4 ft 10 inches. From the floor to the top of the rails is 6 feet

**Q: Can this be for an adult who is 180 lbs? If so, do we need to consider the weight of the books or is this completely separate for the max weight?**
A: I couldn't answer that. All that I can say is it is the sturdiest metal framed loftbed I have seen. I weigh a little more than 180 and it felt solid when I climbed on it to check it out.

**Q: How is this packaged and shipped?**
A: My was deliver by the contractor of amazon that arrive at 6a.m and almost left my package at my door they didn't follow my delivery instruction and package was a bit damage. The site say they'll deliver at 10 pm now it was too early almost lost my package if left at the my door by pirate of packages. Really disappointed by Amazon contractor.

**Q: Incluye la silla?**
A: No incluye la silla.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great deal, but a few modifications would make it better
*by R***Y on October 18, 2022*

So first of all I have to say this bed is very sturdy so far. When I first went to step onto the top, being really psyched out by trusting my life to a few screwed together pieces of hollow metal - which I, with my frail noodle arms, screwed together MYSELF - I was initially VERY careful and tried to distribute my weight as much as I could. A few weeks later now, and I'm pretty confident centering my weight all on one foot (DISCLAIMER: I am a small 125lb woman with tall ceilings, ymmv). The desk area underneath is very nice as well, and the shelves are each individually weight rated for 50lbs, so you pretty much don't have to worry about putting too much stuff on them. Despite how sturdy the bed is, there is still plenty of wobbling because, as I mentioned, it is a few pieces of hollow metal screwed together. However, all in all, it's a great deal for what you get at the time of my purchase (~350USD). Having said that, there are a number of improvements that could be made that are really simple, but greatly increase the useablility of this bed. First: As others have mentioned, the ladder is pretty painful to use. If the small cylindrical rungs were flattened out, it would be much nicer. Before I got a pool noodle as others suggested, I figured out that stepping on it sideways with the full length of your foot helps if you need a temporary solution, but the pool noodle is still way better. Also: haven't seen this issue mentioned, but the ladder does not actually touch the ground fully, so when the bed shakes, the ladder goes CLANG CLANG CLANG against the laminate floors I have. I may just have the ladder screwed in too tight, but I just circumvented the issue using the leftover pool noodle as padding on the bottom. Secondly: Also as others have mentioned, there is no ladder entrance onto the bed, and you have to climb over the railings. I don't mind it too much personally as, like I mentioned, I have tall ceilings and it's a surprisingly good way to work hip flexibility, but I can definitely see it being a safety issue, especially for people with mobility problems. Ideally, the manufacturer would cut out four entrances on each end, and each side of the bed, because of my following point. Third: The bed assembly tries to lock you into a single arrangement. For most people, this wouldn't be an issue, but became a problem with my current room configuration. Essentially, the only wall I could place the the bed against has two outlets: on one side a normal outlet, and on the other side, one tied to a light switch, which ALSO houses the only lighting I have in the room and therefore actually need to use the light switch for. Guess which one the desk would be next to. So yeah, I swapped the two long bed rails so I could get the ladder holes on the other side of the desk and the whole bed flipped around. The effect of this is that the secondary support screws for the bookshelves have nowhere to screw in, since those holes are now by the desk. Overall it doesn't seem to have much of an effect on sturdiness since the shelves are placed on top of metal rails, instead of hanging from the bookshelf posts, so it's really more of a nitpick. But again, it would be a small change on the manufacturer to add ladder holes on all four corners to let people decide the orientation themselves. Fourthly, because the railings are arched, you can't put one of those loft bed trays on, so you basically have to install a shelf if you want a nightstand. I just want somewhere to place my water bottle man why's it gotta be so difficult. A tiny complaint, which I wouldn't REALLY recommend changing, but feel like complaining about anyway: the reason the bed is so sturdy is because of clamps that run down the center and across the mattress support bands, allowing for increased weight distribution. Trying to put those on is actually kind of dangerous. I understand why they're so tight, since it is for safety and everything, but my hands were covered in bandages by the time I was done because when those suckers snap on, they SNAP. ON. It surprisingly never broke the skin, but 3 weeks later I still have marks where they bit me.
