One does have to make sure that all the lids are closed properly, if like me, they turn the whole box over to dump a dose of pills out in the hand. They are also pretty easily used by scooping pills up and out as one side has a rounded bottom to alleviate pills getting stuck in a bottom corner. The lids can be lifted off as assemblies to make filling easier, each colored 7 day set is one part.
