Does this eyeliner transfer too??** A: I also have semi-hooded eyes and even if I let it dry, this will transfer if I don't powder my lids first. I just put a thin layer of nude eyeshadow down and then I use a thin line of the liner and it's perfect. **Q: Does it dry quickly? I have problems with liner staying in the corners of my eyes all day. Does this one?** A: It dries super fast, literally right away. As for corners it performs really well in corners. I wear a small cat eye flick in the corner and the fine line lasts all day. I haven't had any issues with sweat or humidity affecting it either. **Q: Does it have the same dramatic look as liquid eyeliner or does it look more like a pencil?** A: To me it is kinda in the middle.
