I was hoping the section between the loops were not attached so that I could put twice as may poles but it was glued. It was super easy to install, it comes with all the screws and washers. However, be careful, if your fishing hook on your rod catches the material, it's almost impossible to take the hook off that thing, I had the break the hook in half to get it off.
