However, the musical prices on this site sometimes makes the pricing tough to stock up on this.We use a lot of lemon juices when we make our seasonal confections (biscotti, cookies, scones, etc). This lemon juice has a wonderfully strong flavoring for those purposes.When funds are low and kid visits are high, having this Lemon Juice always on hand saves the day! Nobody wants to be the Mom who only ever offers water. I want to do that, mind you, but offering a choice of lemon flavored water or a controlled amount of sugar-infused lemonade feels a little more balanced.Hot tea with lemon? Heck YEAH! This fits just right, especially with the mint tea varieties. YUMFor those who imbibe, this juice also makes a truly flavorful Whisky/Bourbon Sour. When mixed just right, it almost has coconut tones.There IS NO coconut in the juice, though.The ingredients are:Lemon Juice (Water, Lemon Juice Concentrate), Citric Acid, Metabisulfate, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative) & Lemon Oil.This is a product of PeruThere is a reason why many of the other brands of lemon juices on the market have a more opaque bottle and it is a mystery why Festival chooses not to do the same. For those lemon juice users who are used to the all green bottles, you should be warned of chunks of lemon residue that sink to the bottom as it may freak you out. It is fine. It works well for that purpose. I have used it in recipes when we were out of fresh lemons, and the taste was decent although not nearly as good as fresh. I would use it occasionally for that purpose. Our last shipment (we have it on Subscribe and Save) contained bottles that were due to expire within 2 months of receiving them.
