However, on the package it says 100% Zellulose which I’m sure means cellulose in English. **Q: How many in package?** A: 5. And they are machine washable. Love these **Q: Why is this wet????** A: In order to reduce the cost of drying it up (become not flat) and then flatten it, we cut the 2 steps to save cost for buyers. Cutomers just need to wash with water and let it dry out. Also, we vacuum to save Amazon shipping fee. All of them seem to be good, although some are more water-absorbent than others. They all can be washed in the dishwasher or washing machine and will last through many washings. They don't retain smells like the normal sponges do. When they wear out, you can throw them in your compost.
