I pulled a loose thread, and about 4 inches of stitching came undone, separating the two parts. I had to repair by using some double-sided tape to secure the top side fabric to the under side of the bill, then hand-stitch the two pieces back together again along the edge of the bill.Second con: My white visor is very stained from perspiration. I tried to hand-wash, stains came out, but the dye in the black fabric on under side of the bill ran, re-staining the white fabric on the top side.
