I'd already had some treatment via the osteopaths but I was struggling with relieving pain whilst at home. I saw a similar product to this on Instagram and thought I'd look into it. It arrived within the week, during a lockdown no less. I'll admit I was surprised at how small it was but I'm 5"2 and I'm able to comfortably fit the separate pillow under my neck whilst lying on the mat. I also got my family members to try it, who are all taller, and they can use it no issue. As for the 'pain factor' I honestly don't notice the little flower-shaped spikes and the pillow helps to elongate my spine. I've found that it stretches me out and cracks my lower back, relieving tension, just by lying flat.
