Review: Super Effective! - I've always had these annoying break outs where you can see my latest Vesuvius swelling to red, angry, and painful heights, and yet nothing ever emerges without this rigorous routine of steam compresses, and topical solutions and cremes (featuring active ingredients of salicylic acid, tea tree oil, and hyaluronic acid). Usually culminating with me, in a last ditch effort of desperation using one of those loop-ended pimple tools, and even then still usually couldn't get the gunk to the surface to alleviate the pressure and start the healing. My package arrived just as I was starting to develop another one of those annoying spots. After cleaning my face I popped the patch on, and left it overnight (Packaging recommends a minimum of 2 hours), by morning that stubborn sucker was suddenly not only less red, and less big, but the gunk finally was releasing. My Mt Saint Helens had blown! Don't be scared of the product's "microneedles" -- there's absolutely no pain with them (and trust me when I say this, as I am a big wimp and have no pain tolerance). In fact I really don't even feel like I have anything on my face at all. I'm a pretty restless sleeper and they stay on well. The only problem I've had with the patches staying on when I sleep, is if I need to put a patch near corners of my nose or lip line, In those cases I recommend making sure you've had a chance to wear them a few hours before going to sleep. My only complaints are: 1) I'd like to see different solutions for packaging that reduces the amount of plastic used 2) I wish you got more patches for the money

I’ve tried a lot of pimple patches with microdarts, and while these aren’t my absolute favorite, they still do a really good job. The microdot pore design pulls a lot of gunk out of my pimples, which is honestly satisfying and helps speed up healing. They’re super easy to use and don’t hurt at all when you take them off. I’ve worn them overnight, and they stay put well without peeling off, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for reliable, good-quality patches that actually work, these are worth trying.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked for my deep zits

I purchased these after hearing about a similar (different brand) item. I sometimes get deep, cyst like zits on my chin and jawline that never come to a head. I'm terrible at just leaving them alone to do their thing and die off on their own. They don't work the way I expected - I expected a patch that absorbed whatever gunk from the skin. These did not do that - there was like a slimy gross (protective?) layer where the patch had been. I used them all day on day one and overnight and then all day on day 2 - a total of 3 patches. I had a large zit on my chin that wasn't really red yet but was painful to touch. I wasn't really sure it was doing anything - the zit didn't reduce in size or in painfulness, but there was always a gooey bit where the patch had been. After wearing one overnight, it seemed like the zit was maybe coming to the surface - which I didn't think it would do at all! These zits never do - they sit far below where I can get them and I end up squeezing like a madman trying to bring them up and end up with nasty marks on my face that last literal months. I cleaned the area (and the gooey goop left behind by the patch) with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab and put on a new patch. By late afternoon, I could see what definitely looked like a head on it, so I removed the patch and cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol. There was absolutely a head on it and I was able to pop it (I probably should have just put another patch on and let it do it's thing, but I couldn't resist!) and I was impressed with the amount of gross crud that came out of it. Afterward, I cleaned the area again with rubbing alcohol and put a regular hydrocolloid patch on it. So far it seems to be doing very well. It seems to have worked. Obviously I'll never know if it would have come to a head without the patch, but from experience with past zits, I don't think so. At the very least, it kept me from constantly touching it (to feel for a head) and getting more germs on my face around the already bothered area. I'm buying more to keep on hand so that when this package is inevitably used up, I'll be all set. One note - the part of the patch that contains the microneedles is not covered, but it is in a plastic tray inside a sealed package. I did keep them out of the bathroom to avoid humidity from showers getting inside the package.
