I had one of these (similar item) when I was in my late teens and lost track of it along the way. Sent for this one, and boy am I happy with it. Even better than than my first one.This model sports an adjustable chin strap to help keep the harness in place. It also has an adjustable strap on the back. I'm a big guy, and was worried the harness might not fit, but I was easily able to wrap this around my head.They shipped this to me a week in advance, so that's always a plus. Money well spent!

Had similar York Barbell as teenager- Using once or twice a week preventing "goose neck" that older men often get.  Not using for bulk.

I wanted the d-loops on the head piece as was pictured.  I was sent a harness with the d-loops hanging from straps that extend down beyond my chin.  Other than that the item seems well constructed.
