    Disappointed with defective product

The logo and size are perfect, however the stitching along the seams has gaps, leaving holes, the material is thin and the company has a strict return policy. If purchasing, save ALL original packaging as it’s required for a return. Also, my return of a defective product “expired” in 6 minutes at which point it was cancelled. Overall I’m disappointed in the quality and don’t feel the price is worth my time and cost to repair and reinforce to make it a usable product.

This ONLY got two stars because I bought it for someone else and they were happy with it. I however found it to be nowhere near the cost (the shipping cost especially is outrageous). It's thinner than paper and came with a small tear already in it. There is no way this bag could hold anything heavier than a couple sheets of paper. Or maybe some feathers. Just unfolding it I felt like I was going to rip it.

I bought these for my husband to take his large lunches to work in.  He has a small fridge at the office, and did not need a cooler.  These are on the smaller end if you are going to use them for grocery bags.  The fabric is on the thin side and the tiny top loops have detached from the bag after one month of use (not sure what they were for anyway).  The straps are holding strong, and my husband loves taking them to work to show off his Steelers pride.
