**Q: Is the bioidentical estriol from a yam source?**
A: That's what my Naturopath Doctor said, but go to their website and you can use their "contact" form and ask them directly - safest bet!

**Q: Do they have expiration date?**
A: Yes…the package I bought recently has an expiration date of June, 2024.

**Q: How does this one compare with the other one that has dhea instead of estriol? is estriol "better" than the dhea?**
A: I tried the 1x estriol and the 2x estriol with dhea. So that is like comparing apples and oranges. I have read that both have the same effect with vaginal application for post-menopausal women. Less is known about dhea's  long-term effect on the body, but it is thought that it might be less absorbed into the system than estriol. This  might be relevant for women with a high risk of breast cancer. I suggest reading the studies online and deciding what you want to do.

**Q: How much estriol do these have in them?**
A: The product description says: "Ingredients
Cocoa Butter, USP Estriol, Vitamin E and Beeswax. Estriol Content: about 1mg per oval."
