My son and his friends love it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Similar to the "Magic 8 Ball" But More Comical *by E***N on March 16, 2014* How it works: You ask the "All-Knowing Brain" a "yes" or "no" question, then press the top of the brain, and it will give you one of 200 randomly-generated answers. Many of the answers are flippant or sarcastic, delivered in an appropriately snarky-sounding voice.Some examples:"That'll happen on the twelfth of...never!""The answer is a guaranteed maybe!""Yes, but only on days that end in Y.""You can't handle the truth!"Because of the wide variety of answers, it often seems as if the Brain is giving you a custom-tailored answer to your exact question!It runs on two AAA batteries, which are included if purchased new.Due to this product's similarity to the "Magic 8 Ball", it's only logical to compare the two, so here goes.Although the "Magic 8 Ball" can be fun, it is limited to a total of only 20 possible replies, and displays these replies in text through a small window. The "All-Knowing Brain" has 200 replies, and they're delivered audibly, which is more fun then reading text. So, if you're trying to choose between buying a "Magic 8 Ball" or the "All-Knowing Brain", the choice is a no-brainer!UPDATE: There is one drawback I've discovered since writing my original review. This device does not have an on-off switch, so it is always "on" as long as there are batteries in it. When it's carried inside a dufflebag or backpack, the top will be frequently pressed against other things, causing it to spout its random answers by itself and waste battery power. Removing the batteries when it's not in use is a hassle, as a screwdriver is needed to open the battery compartment.
