I tested it from 2.9V to 13V, and it was accurate. Rated for 2.5V to 30V. LEDs are bright. The housing feels solid. The leads are screwed into the back of the housing, which is a nice quality touch. Has side panel-mount tabs.The product received doesn't match the product image, though. The received product does not have the "Digital Voltmeter" writing on top, nor the "V" at the bottom. This may be an issue if you use it on a panel with other indicators and need to know what this is displaying.Very simple to use; red wire to positive, red/black wire to negative. Display uses the power from the source you are testing. However it does do the job and quite well at that i had it connected to my motorcycle with a kill switch, it worked flawlessly in the weather at all hours. I substituted in heavier gauge wire and added a bit of solder to secure it. At this price a little extra effort is no problem for me.
