That is...a complete, broken, bombed out building. There is no wallpaper included, so I made my own, out of birthday invitation cards and such, which had appropriate designs on them. I cut and pasted them to the walls, then weathered them, and they now look like old wallpaper. You also may need some putty to help finish the detailing, and to finish the seams of the walls, when gluing them together. This kit is not an easy assembly, so some skill is needed.
