However, the 's' after the name was angled and one word was higher than the rest. I was issued with prepaid postage, which would not scan at the post office, after I had driven there. I emailed the seller who responded within 48 hours, but did not appear to know what the issue was with the purchase. Being a prime customer and having it delivered by amazon prime I would have expected a collection.
