Eso si tienen que estar pendiente cuando este llena por que se sale. Y lo que me pasa mucho es que se me olvida que las tengo puestas y me agacho y se me derrama la leche en la ropa y el piso. Pero lo mejor en vez de que las toallitas que venden para poner en el seno que absorbe la leche las cochas no y puedes ir guardando. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would love these, but... *by 2***S on July 8, 2019* These are the perfect size. They are wider and taller than the Advent breast shells (with the closed tops) that I have been using with the last 2 babies, but not as thick. They are the same top to bottom width and side to side, instead of being thinner on top and thicker on bottom (deep wise). They are undetectable under my wire/padded nursing bras. The problem is the top vent hole/pore spout. I need something that is closed completely to keep all of the liquid gold in. The Advent breast shells keep everything in, so I can bend over and pick stuff up without having to worry about leaking breast milk everywhere. I will probably use these for pumping only, and use my Advent shells for all day use. (Except for overnight, of course. Then I will use my cloth reusable breast pads).
