Reliable quality at a price that won't break the bank. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Versatile and easy to transport, but don't last that long *by V***N on 24 February 2024* These resistance bands are great and can be used for many different exercises. They come with some suggested exercises but you can find better examples online. They're good and strong and come in a variety of resistance strengths, to make greater strengths you can use two together although for some exercises that could be awkward. There's also an anchor you can jam into a door to act as a high anchor for e.g. chest flue. This depends on the door hinges being screwed in firmly - I felt uncomfortable using a high resistance for this. Overall these are great alternative to dumbbells. Update after using them for 18 months regularly. They don't last that long. Most of my original set have snapped now, despite being stored as required, and I bought a second set to replace the bands as they break.
