This book is sitting on my desk and elicits a lot of response along the lines of "Ugh, a law book."  Then people pick it up and start poking around and say "Hey, this is pretty interesting."  It is.  I work with both donors and nonprofits and think this should almost be required reading for the profession.  So much of what defines our field (the name itself for example, "nonprofit") is rooted in or related to nonprofit law.  I have found this knowledge to open new horizons not just remind me of limitations.In sum, well written, valuable and much more than a law school book.
