Although it is not adjustable the little tie in the back adds something to it that you can’t get with an adjustable necklace. The overall packaging of the necklace was great! It came in a little pink baggie which then contained another plastic baggie inside containing the actual necklace and their adorable business card. You can tell a lot of effort goes into these handmade necklaces. Also when you lie down, you can’t even feel the necklace. On top of that, the tie on the back of the necklace stays secure for me all day when done properly. I have even accidentally slept it in and it still stayed secure.
