Worked very well. I tested it for several days on scraps prior to putting it on the actual floor to ensure it would not harm the finish. Left it down four days pulling it up easily without any damage to the floor it covered. Once down the material has air pockets that pop less loudly than, but similar to, packing bubbles. It is not a silent surface, but does its job very well. You install it by reverse-rolling the tube. The sticky surface is on the outside of the roll rather than the inside like a typical roll of tape. I found it easiest to get the laydown started, then get down on my knees on the started portion and push the roll forward in front of me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great on aluminum. *by E***Y on Reviewed in the United States on October 22, 2014* We use this to protect the finish on various metals during transport and even when forming. It generally works great. It is a little lower adhesion than other products we've used, and it's still tough to get off sometimes.
