This will get you started. **Q: What is diameter of knob shaft? Does the black plastic split so that one side is inside the panel and the other half is outside?** A: I drilled a 3/8 inch hole for the knob shaft to fit through and it gave me plenty of room for fine-tuning adjustment to make sure that the switch was centered in the box that I mounted it on.
