A: Yes. You can use a retractable blade to cut this material to shape.

**Q: can this be used to replace damaged insulation in my conventional house oven/stove?**
A: yes it can however i think ( and it's just my opinion) that this would be overkill... your paying more than you'd need to to re insulate your stove . 
my short video shows what i'll be using mine to replace. holding temperatures of upwards of 2000 degrees f. just saying

**Q: What is the maximum temperature this can withstand?**
A: Different types are rated for lesser or greater temps; see mfg. specs.

**Q: Can this be used on an in wall oven inside a mobile home?**
A: Depends on the application. It is certainly rated for a higher temp than mobile home panels, but again it depends on what it is used for. Sorry I can't be more specific, but need more details.
