Review: Perfect for my needs - Really happy with my MOLLE pouch. It fixes to the MOLLE fastenings on my backpack creating some "admin" capability on the outside. This pouch itself has provision to attach another MOLLE pouch to its own front, so you can go on adding pouches indefinitely (in theory at least). The inside arrangement is great. Very flexible, lots of options to hold both large and small things. In mine I have a power bank, head torch, spare batteries, data backup media, cables, papers, pens, and a few other minor things. Makes up for my main backpack having no convenient outside pockets. I love the adjustable cord designed to stop the pouch lid flopping open completely when you undo the zip. This has all been well thought through. The pouch claims to be waterproof. Not sure if the zip can be fully waterproof, I haven't tested it. Also, by the nature of it, things I put in there won't be quite as secure as if they were inside my main backpack.

2. Never ask anyone if you can display it, it’s yours, you bought it. 
3. Men and women have died defending the flag so you, a American, are FREE to do anything you want.

**Q: What's the difference between the regular and "upgraded" versions?**
A: Please take a look at my review (Nunya', 3 stars) dated August 13, 2022, for a detailed comparison between the regular and "upgraded" versions.  While some of the material may be slightly improved as the manufacturer suggests, my conclusion is that if the regular's slightly smaller size will meet your needs and you don't need the map pocket or flag patch, its quality is actually better than that of the "upgrade" due to single stitching at the zipper, missing drain hole, and stitching on the molle straps in the upgrade.

**Q: Dose this come with shoulder straps?**
A: No, straps are sewn onto the pouch but they are meant to attach to molle gear. No shoulder straps.

**Q: How waterproof is it? I search for reptiles and amphibians so I’m always going to ponds, lakes, and creek.**
A: it will leak through the zipper, its as water proof as a standard backpack

I bought this pouch to mount to the side of my wheelchair. It carries my phone and wallet etc. It is constantly being battered against doorways and walls yet is showing no sign of damage. It would definitely be robust when attached to a backpack etc. If I manage to destroy it then I would be happy to replace it with the same model.
