Review: Useful - I was a bit sceptical about these, and I must admit I haven't worn them really since being in quarantine as I haven't walked anywhere near as much, but I did find these helpful. I didn't find they rubbed between my toes as I was worried they would, and you do just get used to them! I bought them as I started to get pain I'm my foot and it didnt fix the pain but it did help it slightly
