HCG Chica. She has a link. It’s a low cal diet with certain foods. There are 3 Phases. If you follow it, it works. I lost 30 pound in 9 weeks. I ate no breakfast, salad with taco hamburger and salsa for lunch , an apple, and baked chicken 3 oz and veg from list. I was not hungry with drops. You need to read the short book and get the right food in the house. Don’t cheat. Pounds come off. Amazon has workbook by HCG CHICA. It helps a lot. **Q: The direction on the bottle is very basic. What diet plan do I follow? Can you please give me more detailed direction for the best result.** A: I don’t know why the company is not answering this question. I am a customer and I follow the hCG diet from Dr. Simeon. There is a book you can get that will help you with the diet. But here’s what I do; I load for the first two days while taking the drops three times a day. Loading means gradually getting off of starch and carbs but eating a lot of good fats. On the third day you cut out all starch and fats and you eat 3.5 ounces of protein, one vegetable, and one fruit for lunch and for dinner. You do this for 23 days or 40 days. Please research what protein, vegetables, and fruits you can eat Because some are too high in sugar and do not help with weight loss. These drops really do help with losing weight in a short amount of time but you really need to get Dr. Simeon’s book on the HCG protocol.
