Happy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Quality! *by K***9 on January 3, 2014* Ok, so where do I start...this bar is excellent. The quality and durability are superior and well worth the approx $500 price tag. I have no concerns that this bar will help improve my daughter's skills. She is a level 4 gymnast and weighs about 45 lbs. It does not shake at all when she performs her kips and stride circles. Her fellow teammates that are taller and heavier have used it as well without any concerns. I am extremely satisfied with the item. It is Amazon that I have the issues with. First of all, the bar comes in 3 boxes. The FIRST time they shipped it, I only received 2 boxes. The boxes were clearly marked that there should be 3 boxes and to call a specific Amazon number if there were not three boxes delivered. When I called the Amazon number the customer service representative gave me a hard time telling me that I needed to wait a couple more days for the next shipment to come. I also noticed when I was checking the shipping status of my order online, that the price dropped from when I ordered it just a week before by $65!!! The representative at Amazon did make a price adjustment, so that did make me happy. However, I did have to call back a couple of days later after the third box did not arrive. The rep said they would send me out a replacement set. This representative was very good when I asked her to make sure that she put tracking numbers on all of the boxes so that I could track each one as they were delivered. Thankfully, she did put tracking numbers on all three boxes, because they arrived on three separate days. From beginning to end, it took approximately three weeks to receive the complete set.
