Each sheet is easily removed from the box that it was supplied in, although the box itself is the same size as a sheet so not so easily stored. The paper can be easily cut into the shape you need if the baking tray is smaller than a normal one. The storage box would be good for the bottom of a drawer without too much weight on top that could impede the removal of a single sheet or standing on its side in a cupboard. Good quality product. We use them when we make bagels and cut them with adherent dough when we boil the bagels before baking. The paper is also good for freeszing. We did porcini mushroom pieces spread out on sheets as a first freezing and then packed pieces away in plastic bags. This way they don't stick together.
