### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!!

Here is my story... I started the ketogenic diet about 3 weeks ago and ending up losing 9 pounds in 10 days. I lost weight rapidly but was extremely excited because it was quick progress. I noticed that on the second week I developed an irregular heartbeat. I can't say that I was in any pain, but I was just aware of it beating in an abnormal way all day long. Seemed like it was beating faster than usual too. I read about people on this diet having the same issues and found out it could be due to a nutrient deficiency. Out of fear, I went to the ER and they checked my vitals 2x, took and EKG, did a chest x-ray and after 6 hours told me everything was normal. I asked if my Potassium and Magnesium levels were normal and he said everything was fine. The doctor told me to give it a few days and the irregular heartbeat should return to normal because it happens to people all the time. He didn't prescribe me anything. Well, I communicated with someone on the same diet and they said Natural Calm (magnesium citrate) helped them with their anxiety. I bought some of that and it didn't help me at all. So I researched the types of magnesium and taurine seemed to be the best and fastest acting for heart health. I decided to check reviews out on different products and came across this one as being one of the ones with the best reviews and now I see why. I ordered this and it came fast! I wasn't sure how much I would need so I opened the capsule and took a 1/3 of a capsule 2x the first day. No reaction.
