I'm an athlete, I am 5'-9" ,155lb I train 6 days a week so my frame is on the lean / muscular side. My complaint isnt on the chest area but more of the sleeve area. The shoulder sleeves are big , flappy , and loose. If you put your arms on your side , the sleeves pop out very pointy. Not what it looks like on the picture. I bought a small and makes it look like I'm wearing a Large or something. Anyway.. I'll probably return and look for something even smaller somewhere. He normally wears a medium Tee, but I ordered the large as he would be wearing them to play golf. They fit beautifully and look neat enough to wear for any casual-dress occasion. The material is very soft and he says they are very comfortable. They have had only one wash so I can't say how durable they will end up being. Since they are now my favorite they will be getting frequent washes in the next few months. I guess that is what the white bag is for. The material is soft and a bit stretchy. I am not a muscle man but I do like a slightly snug shirt without it being tight. The medium fits my 5' 9", 165 pound frame very well.
