First thing I did was take care of the proximity sensor problem. It's really easy guys: just put electrical tape inside the case where the IR sensor of the phone would be facing (IR sensor is to the right of the front facing camera). It's going to need to be as flat against the tape as possible so keep that in mind when running, you may need to hold the sensor to the tape when changing songs or such. Also, the headphone jack hole is highly inconveniently placed so I had to end up cutting a bit of the case off. These two things coupled with the fact that they could at least have put the headphone hole in a better position or made it a long rectangle so it's easier to put your headphones in, led me to give them 3 stars.
