The pads are slightly larger than a standard disposable, have plenty of absorbancy and the waterproof material Inside (which isn't noisy - I was worried about that) means no leaks. Decent absorbency for cloth but you will have to change up more frequently if you have a heavy flow. Saves on needless plastic packaging and landfill waste of conventional disposable pads.Cons: Would be nicer if it was contoured with a dart. Unless you're wearing a padded bra, you would be able to see these bunched up in a soft fabric nursing bra under a snug shirt. I wear them when at home and switch to disposables if heading out depending on my outfit.
