Once I figured out where the connector was, I unplugged the exup valve connections, plugged this in and zip tied it to the frame. It is very tiny which is nice. The FI light went out right away and I could again see my actual mileage..Everything I read says the exup valve is not needed and stays open when disconnected. The bike works as well as before with no performance difference.The dealer quoted me roughly $460 to fix the valve so this was a good deal at under $60 bucks as long as it works long term. I got soo good at checking FI codes I was never really worried, but I hate red lights coming on when I'm out riding. It's initially alarming, the LAST thing you need when you are in the twisties and don't need any distractions. This Servo Buddy solved that problem, permanently.
