Sometimes depending on the severity of the grease, I also dab some Dawn dishwashing liquid on it then toss in the washer. Sticky labels bothering you? Desolve-them! Just rub a little on the sticker and after a few minutes, wipe off. Seriously, this stuff comes in SO handy. LESS is more with this product. You do not need alot. Our first 32 ounce bottle lasted us over 5 years. Cons: don't spray and leave it, otherwise you'll have a grease stain from the product itself. That one is more difficult to get out. Go figure.
