No matter how much I tighten the bolt on the bottom (or any of the other screws) it maintains a lean and a slight wobble when touched. I wouldn't buy it again, but it will serve it's purpose until I find a better alternative. I should return it, but, I am really quite lazy. There is no way I would take it a part and make an effort to mail it back. That being said... Also need to offer a right or left pull option. This one is designed for a left placement so when you pull, it backs the roll back on to the holder. Turn it around and it runs to the end and jumps off the rod even with the up angle in place. I turned mine up side down and made it a right side placement with the rod bending down. Pulling paper keeps the roll on the rod, but you have to be aware of what you are doing or it hits the floor.
