## Description

desertcart.com : Elijah's Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce, Carolina Reaper, Scorpion Pepper, 5 Fl Oz | Bottle with a 50% Chile Blend, Garlic and Lemon for an Extra Spicy Sauce Around 800,000 SHU, Unfermented, Gluten-Free, Vegan : Grocery & Gourmet Food

## Features

- Bold Heat With Real Flavor: This pepper-forward hot sauce delivers an intense burn of about 800,000 Scoville Heat Units. Pepper and garlic hit first, then a slow-building heat that lingers, so every dash adds taste to wings, tacos, and chili, not just fire.
- Made for Serious Chileheads: Built for heat seekers who want spicy hot sauces with a true kick, this one gets its burn from whole fresh peppers. The heat tastes like the chile itself, for a clean, natural pepper character in every drop.
- Thick Texture That Clings: The peppers are never fermented or aged, keeping the taste bright with a touch of lemon. Its thick consistency coats wings, ribs, and burritos instead of running off the plate. Start with a drop or two and build up from there.
- Bottle Size and Ingredients: Each 5 fl oz bottle ships in a branded box. Ingredients: Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Scorpion peppers, garlic, lemon juice, carrots, tomato, apple cider vinegar, salt, onion, passion fruit, and sugar. Refrigerate once opened.
- Father-and-Son Recipe: Handcrafted by a family-run brand whose sauces have earned 60+ awards. Fat-free, gluten-free, vegan, and free of nuts, soy, and dairy. Try this spicy sauce on pizza, mac and cheese, or nachos, or give it to the heat lover in your life.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: are they American products**
A: We are American owned Father and son small business and work with 3 FDA certified co-packers to duplicate and bottle our recipes. 2 are in North Carolina, US and one in Costa Rica. All our sauces are farm to bottle. So they are fresh, clean ingredients, no extracts. We pack and ship everything from our home-warehouse in North Carolina.

**Q: Does this sauce have any extracts in it**
A: No. We do not use extracts in any of our sauces. Only all natural heat from the peppers. The Xtreme Regret is 50% peppers (Trinidad Scorpion and Carolina Reaper) to make it HOT. And they are all Full of Flavor... not just heat. (the reaper sauce is a sweet heat and not as hot as the XR)

**Q: Would someone post a photo of the nutrition label, please?**
A: I just posted the nutrition label so you can read it and the ingredients. Also Elijah's story... Thanks!

**Q: How many scovile heat units is this**
A: I'm not really sure of the Scoville units, however it is not a hot sauce. The flavor is great but being a heat chaser i was disappointed it's marketed as a reaper hot sauce. I finished the bottle in 3 sittings. It tastes great.........but i think simple Tabasco is hotter.if you're looking for fire this isn't the one
