I want to get the right one the first time.** A: My son has 32 waist and 6’3” I got large **Q: Will the small work on a kid that’s 4’7”** A: I think it’s adjustable **Q: I am a high school coach. Players range from 5ft8 to 6ft3. What size should I order?** A: Hi Coach, the waist size will depend upon body type. However, we suggest to get the Large sized bands for all your athletes. If you have a shorter athlete, the bands will have less tension - but still provide the resistance feedback required for performance gains. If you do not want less tension for shorter athletes (5'8 - 5'11"), then get the medium sized bands for them specifically - with Large bands for the taller athletes. All three phases are required to maximize your training. Linear drive phase will have the main resistance along your back hip. Rotational torque phase will place the main resistance along your front hip. Under/overload phase will repeat "linear drive" and "rotational torque" phases, but require you to do it quicker and stabilize longer.I can't find any more information on these phases whether looking on the main site, or the TX or NJ sites.You can see pitchers use the harness on the front and back leg, but when should hitters use it on the front leg? Where are these three phases described and how do you proceed through them?Also, according to size recommendation the size needed was right in the middle of the range ordered. But the bands seem exceptionally tight. Moving with the bands on, such as walking, seems difficult.
