It arrived in just a couple of days. Fedx did a great job. The shipping cartons were is perfect condition.In unpacking both the mantle and the firebox cartons (2 of 2) the company obviously takes great pride in their packing process. As a consumer, we all know that the better the product is packed (great care with appropriate materials) ensures the likelihood that the product will arrive in good condition. The products arrived in "perfect" condition and firebox worked as designed. The flame is very "real-looking" and the controls allow you to change the color, intensity, and even heat the room if you so choose.The assembly was easy, and fit and finish was impressive. If you can use a screwdriver . . .you can do it! (Tools and all hardware were provided!) Directions were quite easy to follow. My only negative if there has to be one. . . the heaters' fan motor is a little louder than I'd like, although the heater really puts out the heat and you can easily control the temperature/thermostat.All in all an excellent value. During its journey to my house the bottom got cracked somehow. I called the number they gave in the box and they sent me a replacement super fast and we’re SOOO friendly!When I finally got it all set up I was soooo satisfied with the quality and size. It’s simple, but not too plain and I just can’t say enough how much I love everything about it.It is a true white, not cream or off white.The remote is simple to understand and works great!You can change the log color and flame color. The heat is a wonderful option too!Originally I wanted to spend around $500 for a fireplace. It was packaged very well, came in perfect condition, was easy to assemble, and is very sturdily built. Shipping was much faster than I expected - it was shown to be a couple of weeks, but in reality, it was only a couple of days (purchased Black Friday). Because it had arrived earlier than expected, it had been sitting out in the snow outside my house for a day (I was out of town for Thanksgiving weekend) and I was super concerned that my item was affected, but nope!
