What a giant difference. No more having to carry annoying headlamps or having to reorient blinding energy wasting halogen spotlights that pose a fire risk. I simply screwed the mogul base bulbs onto a hooked stainless steel cage fixture that i purchased from another manufacturer and hang it from the ceiling of my work area. An 30 foot radius work area gets lit up nicely. I'm an electrician and i sometimes work in new homes and commercial buildings before any lighting is installed. It feels good to know that the plumbers and carpenters that work on the same bulding also get a safe and bright work area. The fact that it sips on 120watts is nice since a compatible incandecent or halogen light would likely consume 4 or 5 times more energy and would get hot enough to fry my skin on contact.
