Firstly I love the size. Its the perfect mid-size for adept handling and doesn't get in the way of the task, if you know what I mean. It has a nice substantial weight to it, its extremely sharp, cutting through the toughest things like a large butternut squash, and peeling a whole pineapple so easily without the need for me to apply hardly any pressure at all. Then, the gill-like ridges on the knife are genius as its prevents whatever you're chopping sticking to the sides of the knife, they tend to just fall away.
