The pillow cover could be machine washed in cold and low heat dryer.This memory foam pillow is made from the natural bamboo so it is super soft, and bring the comfort to your neck. Sleeping on my side and stomach has been a lifetime habit, and I just can't do it anymore, it is far to painful.The first night I fell asleep like a baby. At some point I woke up and felt that the pillow was too firm. Buuuut, I thought that this might just be me being used to a fluffy foam pillow. The second night I slept soooo goooood. I woke up once in the middle of the night, not to toss and turn as usual, but it felt like I'd gone through my first REM and was just feeling so good. I kept on my back the whole night, cozying into the parts of the pillow that gently held me in place.So far so good with this pillow, we will see how it works in the longterm. I'll try to update, especially if problems occur.If I could change one thing about the pillow I would make the neck support a little higher and where my head depresses a little lower. Neither by too much. I understand this pillow was affordable and made for the average person. I have a long neck.
