**Q: Where to i buy the connecting ring? Mine came with a support ring which has a groove on only one side, won't connect 2 pieces of glass.**
A: The support ring you descibe sounds like the gasket that fits only on the bottom of the connected tubes. The tubes connect with a metal cage sleeve that both tubes should slip into. This should have been included with the order. If not, I can only recommend that you contact the seller.

**Q: I was not careful when I ordered this item, I thought the description said two 49.5" tubes, where do I buy the connector??? useless without it**
A: Connector came with ours.  Call the company.

A: You will need the center bracket. The tubes come in one and two piece. If you need two just order one with the bracket from me and I will send you two brackets with the order.. Will that work? Thanks Kat
