They are very comfortable, I use with 3 pads in & no other pillow, as a side sleeper I find it just right. The only downside being, as the pads have hollow fibre inside they tend to flatten after a year or so. The pads are washable & I usually swap the unused one in after washing. Washing is easy in the washing machine & the whole pillow is of good quality. I’m not going back to feather pillows, which flatten quickly, any time soon ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The adjustability is great *by S***R on 18 December 2020* It’s a good pillow but not exceptional. However the adjustability is great and I keep alternating between 3 and 4 inserts.
