A rugged yet refined leather, our Rustico collection features a full body and heavy shrunken grain. This collection is tanned in Italy in small batches from full grain Buffalo shoulders. Made to highlight the gorgeous character of full grain leather, Rustico leathers get their grain texture through a natural tumbling process which allows the leather to develop unique lines and grain depth. It is also vegetable-tanned and aniline dyed, which is the most natural method of adding color to leather, and one that leaves the natural leather surface and all its original markings completely visible. A hand glazed finish tops it off, for added shine and protection. Care: Spot clean with a damp cloth. Use our leather cleaner and conditioner to maintain your leather’s beautiful texture and shine.
