They hold up well in the wash and I wash them in hot water and put them in a hot dryer (not recommended but what I choose to do). I bought my first from this company 2 yrs ago and they have still held up (the ones with the insert - not this product but same company - I do not put in the dryer because they loose their shape. I lay those out on top of the dryer and they dry in about 1-2 days). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Very comfortable but wrinkle in dryer *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2015* I really like these panty liners, they're comfortable to wear and they provide good coverage. They're thin enough that you don't really notice but thick enough to give you some peace of mind, as another reviewer noted they are a smidge thicker than the colored/non organic version but I personally prefer these and think they feel more durable. The only problem is I've been washing them in the washer and dryer and the wrinkle terribly, sometimes balling up to the point that they have to be ironed to be used again (though I just use my straightening iron on them before doing my hair in the mornings. From personal experience wipe the hair product off flat iron before it heats up). I haveThis item was not what I expected. I also have the regular, non-organic pantyliner plus and it is just a slightly longer version of its regular counterpart with two layers of material sewn together. The regular liner is thin and unnoticeable - perfect for everyday use. This item is different; it has an extra insert between the two layers of material. This makes it a bit too bulky for a panty liner. It feels more like a small mini pad.
