- DURABLE: Well made, solid cast iron bowl, 6.5cm high by 8.5cm diameter, with perforated lotus patterned lid
- HIGHLY VERSATILE: Can be used to burn incense cones or sticks, fresh incense and smudge sticks
- INCENSE CONES AND STICKS: Cones can be placed straight into the bowl, but in order to stand incense sticks you will need to partly fill with sand
- FRESH INCENSE: If using the bowl to burn fresh incense you will need a charcoal disc. This can be lit and put into the base of the bowl, and then you can add any fresh incense or herbs on top. If you would like to put the lid on the smoke will gently rise through the holes in the elegant lotus design. Be careful when using charcoal as the metal will get very hot and MUST BE PLACED ON A SUITABLE HEAT PROOF SURFACE.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you actually use resin in it? I got some frankincense as a gift and I have no burner and no clue what to use.**
A: Hi, you will need to buy a pack of charcoal blocks similar to tea lights.  Place one in the cast iron burner and light, when it turns grey/white you then sprinkle incense on it.  It will burn quickly so you'll need to top up until the aroma is to your liking.  I hope this helps.

**Q: can this be used on top of a wood burning stove with wax melts**
A: Yes they can but you need to be careful that the wax doesn't get too hot.  If you see it smoking at all remove it immediately.  We recommend you either don't let the burner get too hot or wait until the heat has died down a little.

**Q: If you're burning a charcoal disc inside it, how do you put it out once you're done?**
A: I just put 1 charcoal n let it burn down to ash, I put the burner on a thick clay tray because it gets too hot could leave burn marks on carpets

**Q: where does the incense stick actually sit? is it central and upright so as to hold all the ash within the pot?**
A: This cast iron burner is to be used with charcoal discs to burn resin type incense such as frankincense or Dragons Blood. You light a charcoal disc and place in cast iron burner and then add half a teaspoon of your chosen resin incense. Not for use with traditional incense sticks. Hope this was helpful.
