Easy to use. Quiet. The surface material feels very good to the touch. Lighting works well. If there is one small thing I can criticize, it's that the unit wobbles a bit because one of the four protective pads on the bottom is a little thicker than the rest. Since there is no reason to move the unit around all the time, it's no big deal. I really like this product. Also, I ordered the one with the lavender oil.
