She loves pink and when this arrived she was so thrilled. Its a great color pink and very metallic (shiny). She stated it works great and the sounds are nice and clear. I have had my own Adscope 603 since I started nursing school in 2011. I love mine and can hear great sounds. I had to have the tubing replaced twice and only had to pay shipping to the service dept. They repaired it and sent it back within 2 weeks. Great company! I recommend using stethoscope covers if you work in warm environments and your neck sweats a lot. It causes the tubing to stiffen if you wear on your neck all day. I bought covers after the second tubing replacement and have had no issues with the tubing becoming stiff. The earpieces are very comfortable and flexible. They screw on so they don't pull off after each use. I highly recommend the Adscope 603 stethoscope. It works just as great as the high price Littman if not better in my opinion.
