I read that tradition mesh loofahs and back scrubbers with bristles get a lot of bacteria build up. This brush works well for my back (although it doesn’t “lather” like a bristled brush.) I do wish it was bigger. I had to order a separate hand held silicone brush because it had a much bigger surface area and I didn’t want to spend all day in the shower. So, it does what it’s supposed to, has a nice kind handle to get the tough-to-reach spots, and I guess has less bacteria on it (honestly I have absolutely no way of knowing that for sure, but I’ll trust science on this one!) I also wish there was a better way to hang it, there’s only a small hole at the top which isn’t really conducive to hanging off of my shower organizer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fractured Left Shoulder *by S***M on Reviewed in the United States on April 22, 2019* I needed a brush that I could use to clean my back since I could only use one arm. This one has allowed me to do that. It is very soft, so almost any type of skin could use it. My only complaint is that it is almost too soft for me. I like to use it to also scratch my back and it doesn't do a great job at doing that. Still, the quality is good, and I am still using it.
